We train or play matches every Sunday afternoon throughout the season - holidays excepting.
Our sessions run between 10:00 and 12:00 and are open to all, whether a seasoned player or brand new to the game.
Our coaches are all qualified by the Rugby Football Union to make sure your rugby experience is the best it can be.
