Last year 24 teams entered for what was a day of great rugby, great sportsmanship and above all great camaraderie in this now legendary event that closes the playing season at Petersfield RFC.

Will the Folly Upstairs (pictured) defend the title they won in fantastic style last year or will Good Intent reclaim the title they won in 2012?

There are usually some new faces at the event - last year these included The Links Tavern (Rake), The Thatched Cottage, Hogs Back Brewery (Farnborough), The Flying Bull and The Coughing Mole (a visiting London French Team) - to join the local faces from the likes of the Folly (Wine bar and Upstairs), The Square Brewery, The George, The Five Bells, The Queens Head, Coxy’s Windmill Inn and the Kings.

Three events will be running through the day; the Cup for those who take it seriously, the Plate for those less serious and the Bowl for the drinking teams.

Kick off is at 10am, the bar-b-q’s will be going from that point in what promises to be a fun end to the season
