The group is open to anyone who has been associated with the Club, whether playing in the Youth, Colts and / or Seniors, part of a coaching team, helping the club as a volunteer or putting in the miles as a parent or supporter!

As the Club develops both on and off the pitch we want all past friends and supporters to be able to keep in touch with what is happening at Penns Place; the home of Petersfield Rugby. "Further aField" is the hub we will use to keep you close to 'home' - wherever you may be now - and also to help you connect with old friends to reminisce about past glories.

The name lends itself to the notion that some of you will have moved away from the area, or simply lost touch with the Club, and of course the nickname - “Field” – by which the Club is affectionately known locally.

“Further aField” intends to offer a number of features:

A regular newsletter – perhaps 4 or 5 times a year – providing current information about the Club both on and off the pitch; some glimpses into the past of the Club; a Where are they Now section; and other sections suggested by yourselves.
An occasional social event and opportunities to rekindle old acquaintances and reminisce about your heyday with the Club!
Invitations to the very popular pre-match lunches.
A Facebook page with regular updates and an opportunity to post some bygone photos and
Other opportunities to re-engage with the Club which we hope some of you will suggest.

So, if you would like to keep in touch with the Club we ask that you do two things:

if you know of anyone from your days with the Club whose contact details we might not have please pass us their contact details or let them know about Further aField so they can join in.
