Having called Petersfield RFC its home since 2019, Gladiator Camp has grown into one of the largest fitness groups in Petersfield. With hundreds of customers walking through our gym doors every week, Steve and his team have created a special community that connects with the club.
Next season, we are excited to announce that Gladiator Camp will be supplying free strength and conditioning sessions to our youth sides, with programs tailored specifically to each age group’s developmental needs. Gladiator is open to all and serves as an inspiring platform for the people of Petersfield to grow both mentally and physically.
We are thrilled to deepen our partnership with Gladiator Camp next season by introducing a new Junior Strength & Conditioning program. This collaboration aims to harness the best of both our expertise to significantly benefit the younger generation. The program will focus on enhancing sports performance and injury prevention, while also educating young athletes on the importance and methods of safe and effective strength training. This includes training in movement and mobility, fitness, conditioning, and core strength and posture awareness.
Recognising the importance of wellness and mental health, the program also provides an avenue for developing positive coping strategies and tools for mental well-being, all within a fun and social environment. Given the positive impact Gladiator Camp's training has already had on previous age groups, we are confident that this new initiative will be a game-changer for our club in the upcoming season.
