Twelve months ago, Petersfield RFC welcomed its commercial partners to Penns Place for the very first Commercial Partnership Evening. The brief was simple: lay the foundations for what the club's commercial future could look like. Bring our partners together, share the plan, and start building something that goes beyond logos and boards.

What followed has, in every sense, justified that ambition.

In the 25/26 season alone, Petersfield RFC has gone from strength to strength. Our Men's 1st XV achieved the highest league finish in club history. Our Women's Team returned to Penns Place after a 25-year absence, growing from three players in September to more than fifty heading into next season's first ever competitive campaign on the women's rugby pyramid. Our Colts secured a remarkable league and Hampshire Plate double. Our minis, youth and girls sections continue to set participation records.

None of that happens by accident. It happens because 78 local businesses chose to back the club through our Lead, Principle, Elite, Club and Community Partner family. Their support has powered new kit, new VEO cameras, new analytics, new events, and the social media reach that took our content past 1 million monthly views and into the national rugby conversation.

This year, we are inviting our partners back to Penns Place for our second annual Commercial Partnership Evening. Wednesday 3rd June, from 19:00.

The evening is, first and foremost, a thank you. We want to celebrate the businesses that have backed Petersfield through this defining year, reflect on the season just gone, and connect our partners with each other across an evening of food, drink and good company.

It is also a look ahead. As Petersfield builds towards its 100th year, the ambition is bigger than ever. There are new partnership opportunities, new commercial products, and new ways for local businesses to get involved with the club. The evening will be the first place we share them.

Existing player sponsors will be able to collect their framed player photo and sponsor scarf on the night.
