Lead The Field is an event designed to showcase the club’s growth, outline future plans, and welcome new partners into the next chapter of our journey.

Taking place alongside the senior squad’s first pre-season training session for the 2025/26 campaign, this event also doubles as a networking evening for local businesses and supporters, offering an open invitation to be part of a club that is evolving both on and off the pitch.

A Club on the Move
Over the past few years, Petersfield RFC has undergone a significant shift.

Where once the club operated comfortably within its traditional community roots, it has since taken bold steps forward - in performance, in ambition, and in visibility.

What to Expect on the Night
The evening will include a series of short, engaging presentations from key voices within the club, offering insight into current progress and future plans across all areas:

• Senior rugby performance update from the Director of Rugby
• Marketing and digital media growth presented by the Marketing Director
• Youth and minis development overview from a lead coaches
• The rise of girls rugby and return and growth of womens rugby with Esther
• The club’s hospitality and event vision presented by the host
• A special talk from our brand new Technical Kit Partner
• Guest speaker: Tommy Mathews, former PRFC player and now professional with Coventry Rugby, sharing his journey from grassroots to the Championship

This will also be an opportunity to meet players, committee members, and other supporters of the club over a drink and conversation.

Launching: Lead The Field
At the heart of the evening is the launch of Lead The Field - Petersfield RFC’s refreshed commercial partnership strategy for the 25/26 season.

The club is seeking to build relationships with businesses and individuals who want to invest in a growing, values-led sports organisation with deep community ties and significant regional visibility.
