Our 2025/26 campaign kicks off with a mouth-watering home clash against Tottonians RFC, and what better way to welcome in the season than with the return of the famous Petersfield matchday lunch?

Tottonians, who finished fourth last season, bring a serious challenge. They impressed on their last visit to Hampshire, but ‘Field are in a very different place this year - riding the momentum of a strong finish to 2024/25, with a refreshed squad and big ambitions.

Before the on-pitch action gets underway, we’re laying on a three-course lunch for supporters, sponsors, VPs and rugby lovers of all stripes.

The menu? At Petersfield RFC, lunch is a sit-down occasion with a bit of theatre. A roast-style main (meat to be confirmed) is delivered to each table, with one guest stepping up to carve. Served with seasonal sides and rich gravy, followed by a surprise dessert and one of our famous cheeseboards to close.

Doors open at 12:30pm, with the first course served from 1:00pm. Kick-off is at 3:00pm, and we’re expecting a bumper crowd for this local showdown.
