The 6ft 6in second row, who joined from Chichester RFC in the summer, has made an immediate impact in his first season at Penns Place. Conley scored a try in his very first appearance for Petersfield during pre-season against Portsmouth and has since gone on to cross the line against Guildford RFC.

Director of Rugby Matt McLean said the following:

"Zac has been a pivotal player for us since joining this pre-season. His leadership at the lineout and his ability in the loose in both the carry and defensive involvements have been a key factor in our performance across the first 3 games, and his composure on the ball to link play has brought an extra dimension to our style of play. Zac has been a clear standout player across September!"

A big congratulations to Zac, we expect to see plenty more big performances as the season goes on.

Petersfield RFC return to Penns Place on Saturday 11th October as they take on Wimborne in Regional 2 South Central. Tickets are selling fast for the pre-match lunch which is £25 per head, with kids dining for only £12.50 for three courses of the finest rugby club lunch in Hampshire.
