Every 90 minutes, someone in the UK or Ireland dies by suicide. It is a national crisis that cannot be ignored. Sometimes, something as simple as a conversation with a teammate or loved one can make all the difference. At Petersfield RFC, we have teamed up with leading rugby mental health charity LooseHeadz to release our Blackout the Stigma away shirt, raising awareness for mental health. The reaction has been fantastic, and soon these shirts will be available to purchase, with a percentage of every sale going directly to the fight for better mental health. From grassroots clubs to the professional game, LooseHeadz have created a movement across rugby - embedding mental health leads in clubs, schools, and communities worldwide
